Change Policy

Schedule Change

We staff programs in advance based on enrollment. Just as you depend on our availability, our staff depends on your children’s attendance. We encourage advance planning on your part, since that allows us to plan as well.

 

Once you have selected days, weeks or months for your child(ren) to attend, and you need to make a change, contact the office. Changes fees will apply ($25 to $50).

 

Please note that all programs are provided for the full academic year and for the summer program. Should you desire to cancel or change prior to completion of the academic year or summer program, you must contact the office at daviskidsklub@aol.com to make the change.

 

A few things to keep in mind:

  1. You remain responsible for all fees as contracted. If we can accommodate your change before the effective date without cost ramification to us, we will do so where reasonably possible and relieve you of the requirement to pay on your prior schedule.
  2. There are no refunds or credits for days missed due to illness, etc.
